Sistema de actividades extraescolares para el tratamiento de la dimensión ambiental en el primer año del Instituto Politécnico Agropecuario (IPA) Cruce de la Trocha

Resumen

Se presenta un sistema de actividades extraescolares dirigido al tratamiento de la dimensión ambiental en la formación inicial de los técnicos agrónomos (1er año). En la realización de la investigación se emplearon métodos teóricos y empíricos apropiados al objeto y campo de investigación seleccionados ( histórico-lógico, el análisis y síntesis, la observación, la encuesta, la entrevista, análisis de los documentos, entre otros), mediante su aplicación se pudo constatar en el diagnóstico de partida, que existen insuficiencias en el tratamiento de la dimensión ambiental donde predomina la espontaneidad y no sistematicidad, falta de conocimientos de los conceptos fundamentales, así como de los documentos que rigen la política ambiental cubana, por lo que se carece de una suficiente comprensión de la necesidad de incorporar la dimensión ambiental en la formación inicial de los técnicos agrónomos. Se conceptualiza y caracteriza el sistema de nueve actividades desde el punto de vista estructural y funcional. Los resultados obtenidos a partir de su aplicación, demostraron su nivel de pertinencia, por lo que influye de manera favorable en la erradicación de las insuficiencias que presenta el centro en el tratamiento de la dimensión ambiental para la formación de los estudiantes de 1er año de la especialidad agronomía y se constata en  la mejora en las percepciones ambientales de los estudiantes.

SYSTEM OF OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES FOR TREATMENT OF ENVIRONMENTAL DIMENSION IN FIRST YEAR OF AGRICULTURAL POLITECHNICAL INSTITUTE (IPA) CRUCE DE LA TROCHA.

ABSTRACT

A system of outdoor activities is presented focused to the treatment of the environmental dimension in the initial formation of the agricultural technicians (1st year). In the realization of the investigation appropriate theoretical and empiric methods were used to the research object and selected investigation field (historical-logical, the analysis and synthesis, the observation, the survey, the interview, analysis of the documents, among other), by means of its application you could verify in the departure diagnosis that inadequacies exist in the treatment of the environmental dimension where it prevails the spontaneity and asistematicidad, lack of knowledge of the fundamental concepts, as well as of the documents that govern the Cuban environmental politics, for what you lacks an enough understanding of the necessity of incorporating the environmental dimension in the initial formation of the agricultural technicians. It is conceptualized and it characterizes the system of nine activities from the structural and functional point of view. The results obtained starting from their application, demonstrated their relevancy level, for what influences in a favorable way in the eradication of the inadequacies that presents the center in the treatment of the environmental dimension for the formation of the students of 1er year of the specialty agronomy and it is verified in the improvement in the environmental perceptions of the students.
